Usually this task is done using rolls of cable which are then terminated

Advantages
The cables are per-terminated
Saves on the time needed to make a cable
Don’t need to buy the crimping tool & RJ45 connectors
Can be sure the wires are correctly wired
Good quality cables at a low cost
Disadvantages
It is not always possible to pull per-terminated cables through existing ducting or walls
The pre-cut lengths may not exactly match your requirements and may leave slack
The longest per-terminated cable may not be long enough
In pure material terms it is more expensive to buy per-terminated cables than cable & connectors
